Median Sold Price = $345,000
*Median is the middle
Average Sold Price = $558,240
*Average is the sum
of the numbers divided by how many numbers are being averaged
The fact that the Average is so much higher than the Median tells us that there were more higher priced homes selling this month, bringing UP the average.
Notables This Month:
Compared to last month’s sales, most areas were the same or showed a slight decrease in Median Sold Price.
The exceptions were:
Area 202 - East; $235,000 to $250,000
Area 302 - South; $286,500 to $292,000
Area 401 - North West; $252,500 to $282,500
Area 403 - North West; $320,000 to $325,500
Area 501 - South West; $323,000 to $334,000
Area 502 - South West; $450,000 to $453,000
Area 503 - South West; $365,000 to $390,000
Area 606 - Henderson; $470,000 to $480,000
